Ticket Policies

Tickets are available on either a per show basis or through season subscriptions.

If you regularly attend Dartmouth Players shows, consider saving yourself time and money by ordering a Season Subscription.

There are presently two options for obtaining per-show tickets:

1. Online credit card purchase through our secure website  You will receive your printable tickets by email. As an advance-ticket holder, you can avoid the box office lineup, and enter by the lower theatre door directly into the theatre.
2. By telephone at 465-PLAY(7529) to reserve your tickets and pay at the theatre box office on the night of the performance by CASH ONLY.  You will receive confirmation by telephone or email if your provide us with your email address.  Tickets held until 10 minutes before the performance. Enter by the upper theatre door.

Subscribers can reserve their seats, either online (using your subscription passcode), or by telephone at 465-PLAY(7529). Subscribers are advance-ticket holders and may enter via the lower theatre doors.

Special Needs Seating:   Please make your reservation by phone at 465- PLAY(7529).  We will try our best to accommodate your needs.

To exchange your reservation for an alternate date, you can use the link provided in your online reservation confirmation email you received OR you can call 465-PLAY(7529). Exchanges are subject to seating availability and are allowed up to 2 hours before showtime.

We do not refund ticket purchases unless a performance is cancelled.

Many of our performances play to sold-out audiences, therefore we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment.  Unreserved tickets may be purchased at the door from one hour prior to showtime, providing there are available seats for that performance.
