Dartmouth Players provides multiple options for purchasing and/or reserving seats (General Admission only):

  • Online ticket purchase with credit card:  Confirmation by email.  Print your ticket at home.
  • Subscriber reservations online with subscription code:  Enter your subscription code on our reservation page and proceed to reserve your seats.  Confirmation by email. Print your ticket at home.  You may obtain your subscriber code by calling our box office at 465-PLAY(7529). 
     
  • Subscriber reservations by telephone:  You can reserve seats through our box office answering machine at 465-PLAY(7529).  Your subscription code is not required.  Confirmation by telephone or email if we have an address on file for you.
  • Subscribers who wish to reserve seats for non-subscribers can call our box office at 465-PLAY(7529), and let us know the number of adult, senior and/or student tickets you require. Tickets are held under the name of the subscriber at our box office until 10 minutes before the performance.  Payment at the door by CASH ONLY.
     
  • Pay at the door reservations:  Telephone reservations only through our box office answering machine at 465-PLAY(7529).  Payment at the theatre is by CASH ONLY.   Your reservation will be held at our box office until 10 minutes before the performance.   Reservations for 5 or more seats require prepayment by credit card through our box office at 465-PLAY(7529).

The box office opens 1 hour before the performance for ticket purchase.  Both upper and lower entrances open for patron seating at 7:20pm and 1:20pm(matinees).

-SPECIAL NEEDS SEATING can be reserved by contacting our box office at 465-PLAY(7529). We will try our best to accommodate your needs.

-NO REFUNDS are issued unless a performance is cancelled by Dartmouth Players

-EXCHANGES (subject to seating availability) can be made through your confirmation email you received with your online purchase/reservation or by calling 465-PLAY(7529).

Please respect our SCENT FREE policy as many of our patrons, cast and crew members have sensitivity to scented products.

Many of our performances play to sold-out audiences so we encourage you to purchase/reserve your seats early.  We look forward to entertaining you!

OUR POLICIES REGARDING LATECOMERS
 
As a courtesy to our patrons and actors, we do not guarantee admittance once the play has started.  If seating is available, our volunteers may be able to seat latecomers during an appropriate break in the show.  If seating is not available, latecomers will be offered seats for another performance of the play, subject to availability.
