- Can I still reserve seats online and pay at the door, like before?
- No. To reserve your seats and pay at the door on the night of the performance please call our box office at 465-7529(PLAY). Please note that unpaid reservations for more than 5 seats must be paid for by credit card through our box office at 465-PLAY(7529)
- Is PayPal still accepted as a method of payment?
- No. PayPal is no longer accepted . Online ticket and subscription purchases require Visa or Mastercard only.
- Do you accept credit or debit cards for Payment of "pay at the door reservations" at the theatre box office?
- Beginning January 2012, ticket purchases at the theatre box office will be CASH only. To pay for your reservation in advance by credit card, please contact our box office at 465-PLAY(7529).
- Are there any service fees for buying my tickets online?
- No. There are never any service fees or taxes when buying Dartmouth Players subscriptions or tickets.
- I haven't received my "Print at Home" confirmation email for my online purchase or subscriber reservation. What's wrong?
- Online credit card ticket purchases and subscriber reservations automatically generate an email with your "Print at Home" ticket. If you do not receive your confirmation email please contact the box office at 465-PLAY(7529).
- I lost/can't print my "Print at Home" ticket. What do I do?
- You can reprint your ticket via the link you receive in your confirmation email. The ticket is a PDF file. To print this document move your mouse towards the bottom of the screen and a printer icon will appear. Use this icon to generate your ticket printing. If for some reason you receive your confirmation email but are unable to print your ticket (ie your printer is broken, out of ink) don't worry! Your name and reservation is automatically generated to our door admission list. Just give your name to our volunteer door staff .
- I purchased tickets online, but I suddenly can't make it to the show! Can I get my money back?
- Dartmouth Players does not refund ticket purchases unless a performance is cancelled. You are welcome to pass your tickets along to family/friends who are able to attend the show. We can also exchange your tickets for another performance, subject to availability.
- How do I exchange my tickets for another performance or make a change to my reservation?
- Online credit card purchases and subscriber reservations allow you to exchange your seats for another performance (subject to availability) through the link provided in your original confirmation email. If seats are available you will be sent another confirmation email with your new "Print at Home" tickets. Online exchanges can be made up to 2 hours before the performance.
- Exchanges for pay at the door reservations are made by contacting our box office at 465-PLAY (7529).
- Are my personal and credit card information safe on the ticket purchase screens?
- Yes. Our ticket system is powered by Ticket Turtle which provides safe and secure processing of your personal and credit card information. We have no record of your credit card number once your purchase is processed.
- Can I still purchase advance tickets at Fisher's and Smitty's?
- No. Our new ticketing system requires a central software system to process orders. Dartmouth Players greatly appreciates the support both Fisher's and Smitty's have provided over the years.
